Yesterday we spent the better part of the day doing huge circles around the city. I am not sure if such a thing exists but, I think I had some sort of vacation blues. I kept reminding myself to be in the moment Nd enjoy everything I saw but I was loosing all hope that we were Going to have a good day.
then we found luxemburg park. the sun finally came out and we loved it. the kids had such a great ti e just rolling in the grass and tackling each other. It is the most amazingly beautiful place.
after that we stopped at a pub who was selling delirium beer for only 4 euro.Jim was elated, he said we buy that beer for ten dollars in the states. then we made friends with these French guys next to us. They ended up being so sweet. I am amazed at how nice French people are. He told me some interesting thi gs, he said the French media portrays Americans as being religious fanAtics. We had a great conversation about god and religion. Wethen asked if he knew a affordable place to eat. Log story short he and his pal ended up joining us for dinner, and we had the best time. Absolute sweetest guy, totally reminded me of Danny. as matter of fact Danny if your reading this, I invited him to stay with you. Us too but you so he can see sanfransisco.
It's light here till 10:00. That and the fact that we we're having such a great time, made us forget about the time. we had no idea it was well after midnight. hat meant we missed the train back to our friends house. Now I was in a kind of panic, no cabs around realizing how
Ate it was and that our sweet brothers and sister we're probably worrying about us. Our new friend invited us to stay with him, which was unbelievable to me. He tried to convince us it was pfectly ok. We no way could do that obviously but we did go back to his apartment and he called a cab for us. the cab driver had a heck of a time finding the place we were staying. when we arrived the family was totally worrying about us. It was awful, I felt so bad. The sister almost cried when we walked through the door. They had cLled both the hospital and the police. Ludvic was not so worried, but was up with his parents. Ire ally feel so bad about that. We had no phone to call, but our new French buddy offered his phone but iwas the one who saidI didn't want to wake them up.So we had him text ludivic and ask if it was ok to call but he never got the text. lesson learned next time call. Our dear brothers and sisters worry about their guests.
Sounds like you had a great day after all. Di you take pictures? So I have a french twin huh? Totally cool if he comes out. You know i love showing people a good time.

On the top right you can choose what ones you want to be in. There are like 5 views available. Most work best if you include a photo in your blog post.
